For longer medical appointments, your chauffeur may leave and return later if available; confirm the plan in your written quote. Surgical reservations include a mandatory paid two-hour standby block at $65 per hour ($130 total), plus applicable tax, credit-card processing fee, service minutes and mileage. Any return ride is booked separately and must be confirmed. If your appointment is at 9:00 a.m. and about 20 minutes away, schedule pickup for 8:00 a.m. or earlier to allow for traffic, road or weather conditions, law enforcement activity, and route changes.

A one-way medical ride ends at drop-off; waiting and a return are not included unless separately arranged and confirmed. For a return ride, contact us when you are ready. Pickup depends on availability, and an estimated appointment end time is not a reserved pickup time.
