I’ve had the pleasure of taking at least 10 local rides with Howard of HUM Transportation, as well as a trip to California to attend a family wedding.
I’m unable to drive right now, and I’d been disappointed repeatedly by Lyft and Uber. I had seen Howard on Nextdoor, so I gave him a call. He was very friendly and happy to help me get to my appointments. He is always on time and promptly returns to pick me up afterward.
Howard also drove me to California and back to Tucson for the wedding. His vehicles are spotlessly clean, and he maintains them frequently. “Fastidious” comes to mind.
Howard is kind and polite. He always opens the door for me and makes sure I have my seat belt on. I don’t have to worry about my luggage because Howard takes care of it. I can’t remember a Lyft or Uber driver who offered me these courtesies.
I can’t say enough kind words about his service. It’s a pleasure to be his client, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
