Julie helps confirm that drivers’ vehicles meet company standards and that drivers understand and follow company policies. She is also a point of contact when drivers have questions or problems and helps them work through concerns.
Driver Training & Retention
Julie provides ongoing guidance and support to help drivers build confidence, stay engaged, and succeed. By staying connected and helping address issues early, she works to encourage drivers to remain with the company.
