Tell HUM SUV in advance about groceries, luggage, a foldable walker, folding wheelchair, or another mobility device so safe fit can be confirmed. Your driver can provide reasonable assistance between your door and the SUV, but HUM SUV is not an ambulance, medical provider, or hands-on transfer service.
